Anoint & Consecrate: Make your Healing Rituals Sacred
To anoint is the ritual act of pouring aromatic oil over a person's head or entire body. That's not happening in my bathroom or bedroom anytime soon.
The next best thing? Perfuming our body with healing lotions, balms and oils. When we consecrate and anoint we remind ourselves we are sacred and divine.
At Adoratherapy, adding intention to acts of breath and self care is our main goal.
Here is how you can pamper your skin and elevate your every day beauty regimen creating a healing spiritual moment that leaves you feeling and smelling great.
