Choose products that are vegan, good for the planet, your water, and your skin. Ideally they will be scented with essential oils, which when added to your bath water will not only smell amazing but leave a lovely oil shimmer on your skin.

Most people love a shower. You can get in and out quickly and it requires minimum fuss. But showers are all about a good rinse and run. Now a bath, that's about a soak and taking time for you. Let's face it for most of us, this will be as close as we get to a spa day.

Some of us can sneak away for thirty minutes we just have to decide to make the time. But for some of us, a closed or locked door makes us even more in demand.
If you are able to focus on you, go for it. If not bath time can also become a family affair. The goal is to create a bath time ritual that relieves mental and physical stress and fatigue.
When we were kids, bubble bath was a highlight but some of us learned the hard way, if a product is not natural it can create health issues as you soak away.

We adore the Chakra Bath Soak Number 4 for the heart chakra. Scented with gardenia monoi, rose and jasmine, this soft, floral heart opening soak reminds us to love ourselves.
Body & Facial Soaps
We had to create the perfect soap and only hand made would do, so we partnered with our favorite soap maker Claudia from Sweet Abode Soap. She made a decadent, moisturizing facial and body soap with our chakra scents in magical natural colors. Lather up with one of our seven skin loving oils to protect and soften. We made them the shape of hearts so you will adore yourself as you lather up.
We added kaolin clay to provide a smooth, luxurious experience. Did you know handcrafted soap naturally produces glycerin? It is a naturally occurring product that attracts moisture. Glycerin is removed and sold separately by your super market soap maker. When washing with hand crafted soap, it may feel as the soap is not rinsing off. That is the glycerin, just pat your body dry and let the glycerin work its magic.
Our soap is cured for at least four weeks to let the bar have time to harden and crystals bond together. Keep your soap dry between uses to enjoy for a long time.

Anoint Yourself
Once you have dried off, it's time to heal yourself with touch and reiki. You can be your own healer by energizing your hands and adding your intention when you apply lotions and oils to your body. We are big fans of anointing and creating goddess rituals so we could not stop at one type of anointing ritual. Our lotion candle is a lotion and a candle, but oils are in our DNA so we pulled out all the stops.
