Capitalizing on the momentum toward self-care does not mean you need to offer a large expanded variety of Aromatherapy menu items, in reality, a small offering that allows clients to customize to their needs will create a unique experience. Contact us for your custom Chakra Boost kit. Each kit can be customized based on your spa's focus, and can include refills, undiluted mother blends for mixing in your preferred massage oil carrier, scent strips, and items to sell at retail or gift.

For corporate events and parties, you can set up a mood boost bar on a table to self serve or create a facilitated experience with someone guiding the experience.

Training will be offered to support your staff in offering a personalized treatment based on each person's specific Chakra balancing needs.

STEP 1 – PREPARATION
Let guests know you are offering a a Chakra Boost treatment. Set up your Chakra Boost Bar in your treatment room or on a table lining up the scents in the order that follows the menu.

STEP 2 – INTRODUCE THE CONCEPT OF CHAKRA BOOSTING
Chakras are energy centers within the human body that help to regulate all its processes, from organ function to the immune system and emotions. There are seven main chakras positioned throughout your body, from the base of your spine to the crown of your head. Each chakra has its own vibrational frequency, color, and governs specific functions. To achieve balance in all areas of your life, your chakras should be balanced, in alignment and spinning just right.

Essential oils can help achieve that balance. There are seven major energy circles from the top of the head to the bottom of the spine that move clockwise or counterclockwise. Each chakra has a frontal version and a back version. The fronts of the chakras are related to a person's feelings, and the back version is connected to will.

When a chakra is shut down due to trauma, the corresponding area or organ will eventually be affected. When used in specific, targeted areas, our essential oil synergies, expertly blended for each chakra area can help to open up and activate the chakras.

The Chakra Boost Menu lists each scent, its top notes, benefits and matching affirmation. Ask the guest to select the scent and Chakra Boost they most desire.

You can start a conversation about chakras: "When your chakras are healthy and clear, life flows smoothly. When they are stuck, shut down, or not vibrating well, the imbalance can show up as a physical symptom affecting a particular area of the body, or as an emotional or psychological symptom affecting how you see the world". 

By asking about areas that feel blocked you can be prescriptive in your treatment selection.


STEP 3 – THE CHAKRA BOOST

A Chakra Boost Massage eases muscle tension, soothes the mind and helps to bring balance to the Chakra system. Chakra massages provide guests with time to “adore themselves.” By “adoring themselves” and focusing on their Chakra system, the guest will increase self-awareness through intentional breath, aromatherapy and touch. Chakra Massages not only provide stress relief but also an opportunity to manage their energy.

Chakra Boosts bring uniquely targeted benefits to your massage through seven highly concentrated therapeutic grade blends with active essential oil plant ingredients. The result is a combination of aromatherapy and Chakra Boosting that work synergistically to offer a personalized experience that expands and improves your therapeutic massage session.

Chakra Boosts help you personalize the massage experience by helping you target your guests specific energetic concerns. The massage protocol can consist of your traditional massage techniques and an additional Chakra Boost. Each therapeutic massage can now become a uniquely personalized massage experience. Work with your massage therapists to develop the best combination of Chakra boosts, lotions and enhancements to create a massage that meets your guest’s needs.

The Chakra Boost massage is based on the seven energy points along the body that start at the base of the spine and go to top of the head. Chakras are described as spinning wheels of energy that can rotate clockwise and counterclockwise, each chakra connected to the next. The energy flows up and down in a circular loop from the spine to the first Chakra and out the seventh Chakra at the crown of the head then back into the seventh Chakra at the crown of the head to the first Chakra.

The Chakra Boost oils are pre-blended essential oil blends mixed with organic jojoba. At intake, check for any sensitivities to specific plants or ingredients. When working on the guest consider using the selected oils on both the front and the back of the body. Oils can be applied specifically to the middle meridians or more generally. Each time a Chakra Blend is introduced rub a small amount gently into hands, and cup hands over the guests face asking them to breathe in deeply.

The Chakra Boost menu provides affirmations for each Chakra that can be said out loud. Remind the guest to breathe in deeply from the belly. If the guest is face down the hands can be put below the head cradle. Closed eyes increase their olfactory perception. Post treatment, hand the menu card to the guest and circle or checkbox the Chakra Boost/s selected during the treatment.
