Hi, my name is Simona and I'm a mom, a wife, and a yogi. I work in a bank and my work isn't so imaginative... Indeed it is pure rationality!
I'm not a yoga teacher but a self-taught yogi. I started practicing yoga 8 years ago, after the second pregnancy and I immediately fell in love with it.
What struck me is that yoga is not just about physical care but also about the mind. There were so many fears that blocked me. I was afraid of falling and hurting my back (I never did a somersault!). But also afraid of not being able to say or do the right thing at the right time. Well, yoga has allowed me to understand who I am and what I can do.
Adoratherapy gifted me Joy Chakra Boost, and I love using it on the mat and during my practice. If I can listen to my body, it - and not my fears - will guide me. I ask myself questions and am learning how to "Trust me"!
"What are my limits" I ask myself, and, "if I breathe slowly can I understand how far I can go?"
