The Holidays can contribute to a variety of positive & negative feelings & emotions. Accepting these feelings is the first step in moving the energy in our bodies that might be contributing to sadness, pain and insecurities. This year has been challenging especially around the heart and throat chakras.

As we continue to remind ourselves to adore ourselves we can strengthen and maintain our highest vibration.

Find your sacred space, sit still with eyes closed. Imagine your 7 chakras as swirling balls of white light.

As you move up from the root to the crown, focus on each white swirl and change its colors: red for the root, orange for the sacral, yellow for the solar plexus, green for the heart, blue for the throat, Indigo for the third eye and white for the crown.

As you reach your crown, go down reversing the order, this time switch all the colors to gold. As you do so, connect each chakra with a thread, like a set of Christmas tree lights.

Sit still for 2 minutes focusing on your spinning gold chakras. Imagine them growing brighter and brighter until they become one large gold light in your body. Expand this gold light outside your body, imagining it is your aura. Allow it to expand slowly from inches to a foot.

Now, imagine in the center of your heart a green star, it's little and precious. Tell it you love it and will protect it. Let it begin to flicker, at first it's light green and as its grows to the size of a real heart intensify the green to emerald. Bless this green star.

Now move on to your throat. Imagine a tiny blue dot in your throat. Slowly expand it to the size of a large diamond. As it expands it goes from dark blue to clear. Once you see it expand as large as it desires, tell it you will honor it and respect it.

Now allow the colors to become clear like air and breathe in and out. On the inhale say "I am connected to myself, my journey and my purpose". On the exhale say "I am pure energy connected from bottom to top".

Slowly open your eyes when it feels right and snap your fingers from the root to the crown in each chakra area. With each snap imagine you now have set up your chakras like a lighting system. Any time you snap your fingers that chakra will spin clearing energy and healing you.
