The Etheric Layer + Root Chakra: I Exist According to my Beliefs.
First Layer: Etheric
- Closest to the physical body o.5 to 2 inches from the body
- Represents the physical body, muscles, tissues, bones, etc.
- Connected to the root chakra
- Light to dark Blue
- Easiest to see with the naked eye
- Vibrates at the frequency of physical survival and vitality
- Where you experience your will to live
- Connected to both pain and pleasure
- A healthy aura pulsates every 20 seconds
- Weaker in those who lead a sedentary lifestyle or when immunity is compromised
- Where your life force energy resides
- The densest vibration of all the auras
The Etheric body absorbs external (environment + lifestyle) and internal conditions (emotions + thoughts). As it is nearest to the human body it is the densest. The condition of this layer closely reflects the actual condition of your physical body so by knowing and understanding how this and all the other layers of your aura interrelates you will know exactly how to improve every aspect of your life.
