We believe in the power to transform an ordinary skincare routine into a Conscious-Self-Care experience will give back a moment of mindful pause to return to your breath, and can help nurture self-love and your ability to activate coherence, while helping you to recover and recalibrate from daily stressors.

A: My superpower is a deep, unwavering intuition—sometimes arriving as vivid, visionary downloads. I can recall one April afternoon when Alex and I were suddenly rattled by an unexpected earthquake here on the East Coast. In that instant, I knew exactly what was happening and with absolute certainty I knew that everyone was safe and would remain unharmed. This calm, grounded knowing allowed me to inform and reassure, creating an atmosphere of steadiness and ease amidst the chaos.

It’s this same intuitive compass that guided the creative birth of iero Beauty™. There was a defining moment—truly a spiritual and creative download—that ignited our brand’s entire vision. With each flash of insight, ideas flowed effortlessly into product concepts, design language, and a sensory experience that felt both purposeful and profound. This synergy of intuition and creative clarity not only shaped iero Beauty’s soul but also continues to guide our evolution, inspiring us to bring forth beauty that touches the heart and uplifts the spirit.

A: Over the past few decades, I've built my own approach to self-care that started to transform what used to be an ordinary skincare and grooming routine into a conscious self-care experience, a daily practice of purifying and nurturing my mind, body, and spirit. For me, it has become a coherence practice (heart-brain harmonization), incorporating breath, self-nurture, intentionality, self-love and present-moment awareness into my routine morning and night - Each ritual becomes a check-in with myself—infusing every product and step with healing, uplifting energy. This approach not only helps me remain calm, compassionate, and resilient in facing life’s stressors, but also guides the holistic formulas and mindful rituals we’ve developed at ieró Beauty™, in partnership with a gifted Healer and Reiki Master. It’s a philosophy rooted in turning the ordinary into the extraordinary—one soothing breath and nourishing touch at a time.

A: I gravitate toward the heart’s energy (4th Chakra) , for here I find the heart's truth and it is a wellspring of compassion, love, and deep sensitivity—qualities that help guide how I connect with others. At the same time, through the heart space, I better understand and align with the 6th and 7th Chakras, where creativity, insight, and intuitive wisdom thrive. Of course, living so much in these higher energy centers, can leave me feeling a bit ungrounded at times. My ongoing practice is to anchor myself back into the earth beneath my feet, finding balance between a wide-open heart, soaring imagination, and the steady presence that keeps me connected to everyday life
