A: My name is Natalie Micale, and I am a professional executive coach, leadership expert, and communication consultant. With over 20 years of experience as a leader, manager, and executive in the healthcare and government sectors, I have seen first-hand the gender and racial disparity between those who perform the vital work of patient care, and those who make the decisions about how that care is delivered. Motivated by my desire to find effective solutions to these inequalities, I became deeply involved in the creation and facilitation of personal and professional employee development programs in healthcare institutions.
As an executive coach for women in leadership, I now guide women in all industries through the process of discovering their authentic leadership style, developing unshakable confidence in themselves, and communicating their own powerful leadership messages with honesty, authority, and respect.
I have a master’s degree in Management, Strategy, and Leadership, and am trained through the College of Executive Coaching, and am a Certified Professional Career Coach. A native of Metro Detroit, I now live in Asheville, NC with my husband, Matt, my daughter, Chloe, and our two rescue pups, Violet and Oliver.
