A: Originally from England and have been in the US for over 40 years. I have been engaged full-time in Aromatherapy since 1987. I have no background in plant sciences, chemistry, botany, distillation, formulation, or perfumery. I am self-taught for the most part. The French Medical Aromatic Model was and is the foundation of my education. I have trained with some of the leading pioneers in aromatherapy including Dr Daniel Penoel, Pierre Franchomme, Kurt Schnaubelt, Marcel Lavabre and John Steele.

I have presented classes worldwide to over 50,000 students one class at a time. I have over 100,000 hours invested in essential oil understanding and formulation. Over $6 million in sales.

A: My Company is the Laboratory of Flowers based in Virginia. My company name is the merging of science and botany together which translates into finding authentic essential oils that are the best examples of what nature brings that when blended together provide blends that are effective, true, and smell great.

The Lab represents a library of sorts, not unlike a seed bank where we have samples of over 95% of global essential oils. The Lab is a platform for everything I have learned and taught transmuted down into therapeutic interventions for the body, mind, and soul.

Personally formulated essential oil products for the bath, body, skin, hair, and diffuser using ancient wisdom found in the five elements, historical significance, inner traditions, and systems approach to restoring balance, harmony and inner peace.

A: To help people find assistance where they suffer one oil and blend at a time using the most authentic and genuine essential oils available.

A: My faith, determination, commitment, consistency, passion, and wisdom are my superpowers but above all is my heart and my capacity to love, my reverence for nature and all those who seek my counsel and expertise.

A: First and foremost, I take a morning and evening bath mixed with Epson salts, some bubbles, and essential oils. I rise early and go to bed sooner than later, eat small nutritious meals, made fresh, drink plenty of water, supplements when necessary, and fresh air, sunshine, and small amounts of exercise. I eat according to my activity level. I love biking, walking, hiking, and kayaking. I sing often, pray much, apply one or two drops of random essential oils to my hands and inhale and rub on my body as often as necessary. And most importantly I connect through community, friendship, and interpersonal relationships. I love hugs and sharing how I feel daily with those I love.

A: The most important chakra for me is earth. My Chinese 5 element is water, and my 9 Star Ki astrology is earth. I work with liquids, am sensitive, feeling driven, and intuitive. Earth contains water when I need to be in my body and be grounded which is always.
