People We Adore: Kate McKeown

We all have people we meet along the way, connect with and know we adore. As we share what we are up to we create a vibration and lock into areas of compatibility.

Kate and I have know each other for ages. Back in my New York Days, she was the cool professor of entrepreneurship everyone adored. I got to play and work with Kate as we enjoyed co-creating together and she is an amazing networker.

Kate embodies the Throat chakra. She can communicate and engage, an activist who loves rescue animals as much as I do, she is after all a teacher and a guide.

Q: Tell us a little bit about you, your company and your company's mission.

Q: What is your superpower? Tell us about a moment you recall that your superpower served you?

A: Laura and I have known each other since the very early days of YEO. 3. Superpowers. Systems bent, with history. Amazing group of mentors for one life. Deming, Mobley, Hickok... Worked really hard at many things, so know stuff. Have a wonderful Sphere Of Influence of amazing people, many of whom were my students. Working on Giinus and Pawmaste.
Q: What are your rituals for self-care, healing or de-stressing? Is there a special place you go?

A: So I do Wim Hof breathing and Joe Dispenza meditations (have been to two retreats). That plus vegan food, beloved dogs and cat, life mission I care about that is what I do.
Q: With which Chakra do you most identify and why?

A: 6 and 7 experiences...
