Our approach goes beyond yoga, encompassing nutrition and hypnotherapy to support wellness on all levels. Styleoga's mission is to make this sense of well-being accessible to everyone. We aim to create a welcoming space for all, especially for those who might feel out of place or come from challenging backgrounds. Our journey was shaped by our own struggles, and we know how important it is to feel seen and supported. Q: Tell us a little bit about you, your company and your company's mission.

Q: What is your superpower? Tell us about a moment you recall that your superpower served you?
A: I would say my greatest strength lies in resilience. I never give up; I rise after every challenge, and this is exactly what I teach others—to fight, to rise again, and most importantly, to dedicate time to themselves. This “superpower” has been a recurring theme in my life, especially during the creation of Styleoga. We encountered individuals from diverse and often challenging backgrounds, from whom we learned so much while also guiding them to overcome their own obstacles.
This resilience is something I bring into my daily work, particularly when training yoga teachers. Many are held back by their own mental limitations, and it’s incredibly rewarding to help them break through those barriers. Through yoga and holistic practices, I encourage them to embrace their potential, trust their journey, and cultivate the inner strength to rise, just as I have done time and time again.

Q: What are your rituals for self-care, healing or de-stressing? Is there a special place you go?
A: I follow a unique lifestyle that prioritizes self-care and balance. Every day, I dedicate at least three hours to myself, focusing on my well-being through yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises. This personal practice is essential, and I also incorporate self-massage and mindful eating as part of my daily routine.
Beyond these habits, I find my greatest source of energy and peace in nature. The sea, in particular, deeply restores me, but I also love spending time in the woods and immersing myself in the serenity of natural surroundings. Walking is another vital part of my life—I make it a point to walk outdoors every day. For me, being in fresh air and staying connected to the rhythms of nature is not just a preference but a necessity. These practices help me stay grounded, centered, and aligned with the lifestyle I teach and promote to others.

Q: In which Chakra do you most identify and why?
A: I most closely identify with the Third Eye Chakra , or Ajna, as it represents intuition, insight, and the ability to see beyond surface appearances. I have always been drawn to understanding the deeper aspects of life and people, looking past what is immediately visible to uncover their true essence.
This connection to the Third Eye Chakra allows me to intuitively sense the needs, emotions, and potential of those around me, which is especially important in my work. Whether guiding yoga practitioners, teaching, or interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds, I strive to see their inner strength and help them tap into it.
For me, the Third Eye Chakra symbolizes clarity and wisdom, empowering me to navigate life with a vision that is both grounded and expansive. It reminds me to trust my inner guidance and encourage others to do the same, fostering growth and self-discovery on a deeper level
