A: I am an energy healer and intuitive strategist. I like to think of the last piece as a cross between intuitive guidance and living authentically. Whether that's business related, your personal life, etc... One of my biggest drives in my own life is creating wholeness within my experience, and I want to help others create the same in their reality. That's really what On The Cusp Wellness is about. Stepping out of the conventional frameworks we've been conditioned to accept and discovering our own unique and authentic pathways to soul-recovery, self-discovery, and sweet, sweet success.

A: I'd say my superpower is creating safe spaces for people to be open and vulnerable, and also my intuition. Because I live an intuitive lifestyle, they both serve me everyday. Whether it's connecting with friends, clients, team members or just processing my own experiences.

A: It really depends on what's coming up for me in the moment, but I'd definitely say herbal epsom salt baths. I call them Goddess Baths. I also do daily energy clearings in my chakras, journaling, listening to music/dancing, reading/listening to personal growth books, and being in community. There's nothing like connecting with like-hearted friends and sharing a good meal, or conversation.

A: Ooof, the brow/3rd eye chakra. For me, it's been a process of learning to "control" the power of subtle-sight. It's been my biggest nightmare (literally, the things and horrors my mind can conjure up), but as I've grown along my spiritual journey I've been able to connect with the gift that it truly is. Once you get into the upper chakras, you really have to stay connected and grounded to the lower chakras. Especially the root chakra which likes to conjure up all kinds of fears that get embedded into our psyche and our bodies when out of balance.
