We all have people we meet along the way, connect with and know we adore. As we share what we are up to we create a vibration and lock into areas of compatibility.

I met Caryn in the booming nineties when I had my software company Zweave. Our backgrounds in Fashion, tech and shared friends in the Boston Entrepreneurial Organization - EO -chapter brought us together on a project. 

Over the years we stayed in touch, through our reinventions. When I had the opportunity to join an alumni group from my Birthing of Giants Class at MIT, The Gathering of Titans, Caryn was there behind the scenes producing the event on the ground at MIT's Endicott House. She is one of the best retreat planners in the country hands down.

Every year we'd reconnect and catch up. Right before Covid she was sharing her new idea: MastHERmindEX. I was creating a weekly Instagram Domination Mastermind Group and Caryn was eager to join us. Over the next four months we scaled our Instagram accounts. 

Caryn embodies the Throat Chakra. She is clear, cool and calm, directive and extroverted. She is the ultimate connector.

Tell us about you?

I have 2 Websites - Global Events and Retreats and MastHERmindEX.  I architect learning programs, retreats, conferences, experiences and connections.  I also have a LIVE program called Taking The Leap where I have conversations with women to help them tell their story of following their dreams, creating their dream business and changing their life.  I want to help them pay it forward and empower and inspire women who want to take action but are stuck, or just not able to make the move, to hear their story and take the actions…a leap can be a baby step or a giant leap!  

I’ve been known as a connector for many years and as you can see from my superpower - it’s knowing how people fit together and can create something larger than themselves.  It’s like a business matchmaker and I have a sense who is a good fit with one another. It’s driven by my genuine sense of curiosity and love of people and interacting with them.

How did you meet us?

I met Laura about 20+ years ago. I am not 100% sure how, but we’ve known each other through retail projects, her company, EO, Gathering of Titans.

What’s your super power?

My superpower is my ability to see how to connect people that need to know each other.  I have always been a connector and someone who can architect connections and experiences.  It’s driven by my curiosity and love of people. 

How do you destress?

Take photos - nature, products, etc…watch sports - tennis, basketball, football, I like it all except baseball. Window shop…walk around looking at store windows and inside sometimes.  

How do you create daily rituals for healing and self care?

I love make up, skincare, and trying and testing new products and looks.  I can sit for hours trying different products, colors, etc..

How did you learn to love yourself?

I love being an entrepreneur and I love celebrating at the end of the week.  (Not as much during COVID) but I would take myself out for a great dinner at the end of the week, a manicure, sometimes a massage….and love treating myself to a present with wins.  I am not sure I totally LOVE myself…but I accept I am a work in progress and I feel that its important to celebrate progress, even when its small.  I live alone and am not married and if I don’t honor myself, no one will. So I took it upon myself to find ways to do that.  

Are you working on a chakra?

I would say Sacral and heart - looking for that love and creativity.

Which Adoratherapy products have you tried? How do you use them?

I've tried room boosts, mood boosts and chakra roll ons.  I use them to create a mood in my office, my bedroom, my house overall.  To encourage creativity, calm, reduce anxiety, manifest abundance, and more. 

If you were a color what color would you be and why?

Well Blue is my color and I'm a good communicator (Throat) so blue and maybe yellow because its sunshine and happiness.  I look at blue as positive…not a downer color. 

Do you have a pet?

No pets…I was a dog aunt until the dog passed.

What’s your favorite place to chill out? 

My garden backyard, anywhere near water– I’m a pisces.

Do you have any rituals to share? 

Hhhm…need to think about that…I am not so structured or consistent. 

Do you have a favorite crystal? 

Anything blue/green and watery colored. 

When did you know you were Divine? 

I didn’t know…

How do you want to be remembered?

As a glass ½ full positive person that loves spending time with friends and family and being a resource to help others so they can find, do , be what they want. I hope I can impact others and encourage and inspire them to do it their way, and “BE YOU”  and go for it…nothing lost nothing gained.
